Marcella Hazan Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking: 30th Anniversary Edition: A Cookbook. No photos, just recipes. Probably one of the only cookbooks you’ll ever really need. Simple Italian cooking that always comes out delicious. Will post my favorite recipes!
The Last Frontier on Apple TV+. WOW. I am so happy we FINALLY have another amazing TV show after the masterpiece that is Paradise season 1 came to a close. This show is about a U.S. marshal who leads the hunt for escaped convicts in the Alaskan wilderness. Starring the very cute Dominic Cooper (Mamma Mia!) and Jason Clarke (I know him from Zero Dark Thirty but he’s been in a lot!), this is a winner. Thank you Apple.
Scribe Winery. If you live in the Bay, you likely know Scribe. They’re up in Sonoma and have some of the best wines I have ever tasted. Managed by fourth-generation farmers, Andrew and Adam believe in the harmony of humans with nature and their wines reflect this delicate balance. Try their Rose Pet-Nat.
SURI Toothbrushes. Yes, this list includes a toothbrush. But its a beautiful one! And we love their focus on sustainability, including plant-based toothbrush heads.
Eames Wire Chair. Does anyone need this? No. Does it look comfortable? No. Is it over $700? Yes. Do I want it? Yes!
